This is the decrypted version of Spintires, which is basically a standalone version from the original Technology Demo that allows modifications to be installed, or created.

List of changes:

Implemented developer mode.
Implemented easy installation/uninstallation system for community modifications.
Implemented alternative vehicle switching system.
Included documentation and tools for creating modifications.
Added motion blur effect.
Added Kraz.
Minor improvements
