In this video I give the most popular recipe for Bulgarian spinach soup.
What is interesting, is that in Bulgaria, many soups are thickened with
a mixture of eggs and yogurt. It is called “zastroika”.

☞The ingredients for the recipe:✰

1 carrot
4 tablespoons of sunflower oil (olive)
300 grams of Spinach
2 stalks of green onion
1 lovage stalk (lovage) or 1 teaspoon if dried
Salt
50g thin noodles

For thicken:
1 egg
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
