Hey there, I do about 15 new patient telemedicines every week. Here is the best path forward:
1 email your insurance card to [email protected] (We don’t take HMOs or Medicaid, but can private pay, unless Medicaid)
2 if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for our 1st visit.
3 I must have Xrays and MRI, Xrays are critical! “Just” MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4 You need to get your CD of your Xray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5 On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! (or at a CVS with Physician LookUp Code k5037438)
