This transmission came to me partially disassembled. Lets explore how the single rail shifter works and then take the transmission apart for inspection. There will be two more videos later one showing what and how to inspect and measuring tolerances, and then another on about assembling the transmission back together.
It also has a Jtype overdrive, which will also be overhauled, but we are not going to film that part as we already have a Jtype overhauling playlist on the channel. Link below.
