It's only a few hours until the Splatfest results, the theme was "Same Ol', Bucket List, Save the Day."
Earlier today, Big Man left to solve the meteor problem, and if necessary save the day. He'll probably be back late in the dark at night. Strangely, Shiver didn't stay in the studio for long either, and she also left. Frye was looking for Shiver all afternoon, until she discovered that she was hanging out with none other than Marie! An Inkopotolian! Frye was a little bothered by this. Since the end of the Inkopolis Plaza news, Marie has started to have more free time and more time to manage her podcast "Marie After Midnight"...Well, at least Shiver could have warned her about it! But she doesn't have the habit of saying where she's going...It seems that Shiver wanted to leave the studio to calm down, she's very stressed and angry most of the time, and the possible end of the world in just a few hours would only make the situation worse. Marie is perfect for this, she doesn't seem to have even shown fear about it. Marie and Shiver have so many things in common than they think...Later that day, Callie arrived at the station in a curious and very elegant outfit, she was also looking for someone, but for Marie. She wanted to show her something very important, and so they headed towards Inkopolis. A few hours passed, until that sunny day turned into a cold, dark night. Frye became more and more bothered until she told Shiver what she felt, telling Shiver how she spent a long time looking for her. Shiver was a little confused, because, hasn't Frye already finished her bucket list? It turns out that Frye didn't, but she chose to lie and said that yes, she finished the list. I don't think even Frye herself knows why she lied about it, it must be fear or a kind of worry, something like that...They both got really upset and went to a corner of the studio after this little argument, I think they themselves knew that this was just another silly fight, like those when they were young at school, and the stress about the end of the world was just the icing on the cake, they quickly started talking again after a while. Frye was tired and needed to rest. Thinking positively, maybe the world won't end, and we might even end up all together laughing in the studio, but think about it later, she went to rest, after a good night from Shiver, little did she know that she would have an eely crazy dream...

I did this inspired by some old dreams of mine, those weird, eerie environments that haunt our heads, from dreaming in the world of games to being chased by a monster in a dark environment...

This animation was something very ambitious to create, because I had to do a lot of things, this time, most of the things were in relation to the characters' clothes, everyone appeared with a different outfit somehow. Not only Callie's outfit, but Deep Cut's outfits for this fest too. Also SBS Big Man is actually 2 models, him itself and his eyes, the eyes in the model are bright for some reason, so I had to fix it. I just know that I spent about 100 hours on it, I saw SFM go from 500 hours to 600 hours of playtime in almost 1 and a half months. It's like a hobby, but I dedicate myself a lot to it. I also thought the script could have been a little better, but I liked what I did after all the demotivation I had about it. Shiver looks less "stressed" or "ironic" in the animation, I wanted to do this because Shiver doesn't just have these characteristics, people forget that she cares about others too, especially her friends, that's what we saw at Frostyfest, right? Seeing her don't caring about everyone and everything is something I don't think she would do. The voiceclips were difficult to pull off, I'm still very proud of having used original voiceclips in almost all of the animation, and also improving the lighting in the animation. Coming up with every voiceclip for the subtitles and the intonation of the voice is really hard, I've spent 1 week just sounding this. I hope it didn't take too long and I left a lot of you waiting for a new animation, I tried to release this on July 6, as it would have been 7 years since OTH's first appearance, again it wasn't possible...time is something I don't have much of and I hope that the animation is good enough for you all...that's it for now, catch you all later!
