During her second year at Georgetown Law, Global Law Scholar Lauren Iosue, L’24, faced an unimaginable challenge when a medical condition caused her to lose her sight. With the unwavering support of the Georgetown Law community, Lauren not only navigated this difficult period but also thrived in law school. Today, Lauren has regained most of her sight and is looking forward to moving to Arizona to work as an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow at the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project.
