Choose 500 grams of the vegetables you prefer.
Cut everything into cubes, start with the toughest vegetables.
Put a little oil and the vegetables in a saucepan, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, salt and pepper, mix often.
In a bowl add 45 grams of cornstarch or flour to half a liter of cold milk, mix well and add to the vegetables, mix immediately and boil.
Immediately becomes thick, remove from the stove and add 250 grams of ricotta, optional.
Add nutmeg, basil or parsley, parmesan, taste of salt.
in a baking dish add a generous amount of vegetable sauce. Use double sheets of lasagna dough to make cannelloni, not so full, because we fill them later, watch the video carefully.
Cut them in half like roses and put everything in the pan.
