200 gr fresh nettle
12 carrots
4 stems of fresh green onion
1 cup sterilized tomatoes
1 coffee cup rice – 50 gr
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried lovage or mint

For the yogurt thickening:

4 tbsp. plain yoghurt
1 egg
