Springfield hit with more bomb threats after week in national spotlight stores evacuated

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WKEF) At least four grocery stores in Springfield were forced to evacuate following bomb threats made Wednesday, Sept. 18.

According to the Springfield Police Department, the Walmart Supercenters at 200 South Tuttle Road and 2100 North Bechtle Avenue were evacuated.

A spokesperson for Walmart said the evacuation was at the direction of local police, and they're working closely with police. The statement said any additional questions should be referred to authorities.
