Today's video I would like to introduce to everyone the most unique town in the world where people fly just to go to work or to have breakfast every day. It is considered a dreamland for those who love the sky.


Spruce Creek is one of the most unique residential communities in the world where has residents almost each of whom own a plane. Known as a residential airpark or a flyin community, in Northeast Florida, a few miles south of Daytona Beach.

Instead of a garage, most houses in Spruce Creek have attached hangar, and the driveway leads directly to a 4,000by150foot runway with GPS approach. There is an 18hole golf course, several flying clubs, rental aircraft and flight training, and 24hour patrolled security. For those whose lives revolve around airplanes, Spruce Creek is a paradise.
