In today's video I discuss squat variations for those who can not perform back squats.

Performing a back squat for adults can sometimes be difficult. It's even more difficult for older adults. Loss of mobility, in particular in the shoulders an thoracic spine, can make it difficult to comfortably place the barbell behind your head and on to your upper back.

However, squats are a great lower body exercise that we should continue to perform as we get older. So what is the solution? In today's video, I demonstrate a number of squat variations that you can perform that do not require any real shoulder or thoracic spine mobility.
