I was very excited, printed this very cool looking RC Tank designed by Staind link below,

But oh boy it was so loud, clicking noise, track jumping off the drive wheel, feel suck.

A good guy name Oger recommended me the drive wheel designed by him.

Which instantly made it smoother and quieter! but still not enough

So i study the cause of the unsmoothness and loud noise. and confirmed that it's caused by track pin not being able to go into track wheel cavity accurately, causes jam. The cavity was also too shallow vs the track pin length.

Quickly i go to Fusion360 and drew an entirely new wheel with deeper cavity and deleted the sprocket.
Result was a super smoother and quieter RC Tank! cause... i need to run this indoor...
