Happy Tuesday. I am back at it with an informational video of things I forgot I had to learn how to do after my amputation.

Stairs seem like SUCH A SIMPLE TASK when I had two feet. It is amazing how frustrating they are after losing my ankle. Here is a quick video just showing a slight trick you can do to make it easier going up and down stairs.

Also, I sincerely apologize for the audio. I don't have access to stairs that are not in a stairwell.
