In case you want to get everything prepared before you watch my video you will need some patterned paper measuring 9" by 9" then score as follows:

Score at 2 1/8"
Turn the paper clockwise once
Score at 2 1/8" (to the score line)
Score at 4 1/4"
Score at 6 3/8" (to the score line)
Score at 8 1/2"
