I've had multiple requests to cover Kishibe Rohan's Stand; Heaven's Door, so here it is! I pushed my own theories on this Stand a little bit more than maybe I normally would, in regards to the way it changes materialization methods as Part 4 goes on.

In this video we will only be covering the Diamond is Unbreakable main anime and manga. I will NOT be covering anything from the Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan OVA or any of the manga spinoffs.

Heaven's Door was initially shown as an ability that could be attached to Kishibe Rohan's manga drawings. However later in the series, he states he has improved his skills a little, and he is able to materialize Heaven's Door into a humanoid Stand.

This is my first Stand Analysis based on a Stand from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Part 4 Diamond is Unbreakable. DiU isn't my favourite Part by any means. In fact, it's far from it. However I can't deny that some of the Stand designs and abilities in Part 4 were pretty interesting.

Kishibe Rohan is an interesting character as first he comes off as rather sadistic and crazy, however he eventually becomes a part of the main Diamond is Unbreakable crew as he agrees to help track down Kira Yoshikage.

Heaven's Door is a Stand that is very useful in information gathering, rather than physical combat. Rohan can use this ability to turn a target into a readable book, and this book contains the 100% about everything the target knows. Physical characteristics, general knowledge, information on Stands or any world events. Anything the target knows, Heaven's Door can discover and Kishibe Rohan can read.

This ability is used predominantly to help Kishibe Rohan write his manga: Pink Dark Boy. However, he is also able to write commands into the books and even against mental resistance the target must carry out this command. Even if it means setting yourself on fire against your own will.

Kishibe Rohan is one of the most interesting characters in Part 4 Diamond is Unbreakable, not just because of his personality and Stand, but because he is basically Hirohiko Araki's version of himself. Kishibe Rohan is a famous Mangaka, and Hirohiko Araki made Rohan in his own image. He also stated that if he could have any Stand, he would choose Heaven's Door.

Heaven's Door does not really have much room to evolve or for it's abilities to be used in some extravagant way, that I can think of. It is no good in combat, however it's command writing abilities could be useful in battle. If Kishibe Rohan can not get Heaven's Door's ability to affect the target though, then he would be screwed in a closerange 1on1 fight. He is incredibly lucky he did not come face to face in a battle with Kira Yoshikage and his Killer Queen.

I'm hoping this Heaven's Door Explained video will help thoroughly explain Heaven's Door's abilities, and everything else about the Stand. There was not really much more I could have discussed about in this video. However, if anyone does think of something that I missed, please feel free to write about it in the comments so I am aware.

After all, I am not perfect and am still new to this Stand Analysis thing. I am hoping to improve as I go on, and am trying my best not to miss any details. Some things may slip me by though, so please keep me informed on anything I missed.
