Viviano Westwood and his Stand Planet Waves are tasked with taking out Jolyne Cujoh and her gang, so he uses his power of attracting meteorites from space to inflict potentially mortal wounds onto the body of Jolyne.
This Stand is a bit more simple, however there is a science behind the use of his Meteorite Attraction technique, which we will explore in this video.

Planet Waves was originally titled Earth, Wind and Fire in the original Weekly Shonen Jump releases, however this was later changed to Planet Waves due to a Stand from Part 4 already being named Earth, Wind and Fire.

Viviano Westwood had had his Stand given to him by Pucci in the form of the Stand Disc, and was also given a Memory Disc to convince the prison guard to kill Jolyne for Pucci's benefit.
Planet Waves is a Stand that Viviano Westwood seems to have full control over.

The Stand can attract meteorites from space to come down within the correct passage of entry into the Earth's atmosphere, and Planet Waves can calculate that exact entry position. Viviano Westwood's Stand does this automatically as a part of it's ability, and these meteorites come down quickly and silently towards Earth, and aims directly towards Viviano.

These meteorites aim at Viviano Westwood and hit anything on it's route towards Planet Waves' User's body. These meteorites then disintergrate before hitting Viviano Westwood, to protect him from getting hit.
However using his great physical strength, he can incapacitate an opponent and force them into the meteorite's path.

Planet Wave's meteorites burn at 3000 degrees fahrenheit once they enter the atmosphere, and these meteorites burn at that temperature all the way down to Earth until they hit their target. The meteorites may fizzle out when approaching Viviano Westwood, along with the fire, however if the meteorite hits an object and that object catches fire, that object can then be used as a weapon against Viviano and the fire will not fizzle away.

Planet Waves was an interesting Stand to analyse. I expected it to be a bit more simple to explain but it ended up having a bit more science to it than I initially expected.

I plan to analyse all the Stands that exist in the main Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Anime and Manga series, not counting OVAs, Spinoffs, Novels or gamespecific Stands. This will be a long series that I will work on over time but I WILL work on every Stand eventually.
