With this chair yoga practice, we can increase core strength without having to get on the floor. Perfect for senior citizens and those with limitations who are currently unable to get there.

Chair exercise provides older adults with support in our balance practice. Balance exercises improve leg strength and focus, to help us reduce falls.

This Chair Yoga for Seniors class is a great way to stay active and stay healthy, so as to maintain independence as long as possible.
