Doctor Ben, Not A Real Doctor here! I wanted to revisit standing up from the floor today. I previously shared 4 techniques for getting up from the floor and I wanted to share 2 more. Getting up from the floor is an important natural movement and frankly we don't practice it enough.
I'm going to share base building and a side bent side get up. Base building is a fundamental movement in the human movement progression and a side bent sit get up is not only a great get up but also a really good hip stability exercise.
