The lower levels of the galactic capital, Coruscant, are insalubrious and dangerous, where there is no such thing as an honest living. Even a simple diner must pay tithes to local gang bosses, and a bribe is a valid currency as a blaster bolt. Level 2046 was a level on the metropolitan world of Coruscant and was accessed by the underworld portal. It was controlled by the Pau'an Senator Sejan in 9 BBY.
