Here's my 5th ship building guide in making an OffCenter Cockpit Starfighter I designed.
All parts can be found in New Atlantis, Neon, and Hopetown. Take note that this build is a Class C ship. Level required is at least lvl 38 with Piloting skill and Starship design skills need to be maxed out.
