This one took some time to make, I've been wanting to make a little town since the game first came out. Its reminiscent of Sanctuary with the large tree, I designed the town around all the dirt pathing. The lore in my head is that "Tree of Life" is some sort of miracle tree, that's why the hospital and greenhouse are built next to it. The crops that grow around it is what the town eats, and also uses for medicine. I seen someone post on reddit how to stack the habs and get the airlock at the top (link at bottom) and so I decided to add highrise apartments to the town. Since each floor isn't accessible we'll have to pretend that there's apartments on each floor. That's why I added the "broken elevator" in the towers main lobby. Really hope for some update, or DLC that adds buildable shops and traders etc.. also some fences would be great. I tried fencing off the whole town some what with crates and habs, but fencing would be much better. This is max budget and then some, I actually had to use a command to extend my build budget so I could add some finishing decoration touches, but you could build this exact thing and decorate it about 90% of the way all vanilla, no mods or commands. I've noticed the hallway habs take up alot of budget space so be mindful when building. Hopefully this can give you some ideas!
