The joy with being an early adopter is you get be part of the troubleshooting. Initially the bike would not update the software in order to record rides. Stark was able to push an update over the air directly to the bike. I have not been able to charge the bike since my last ride and MASSIVE love to Stark Support for walking me through the troubleshooting. Hopefully I can have my new cable by the end of the week.
