Recipe:
⭐ 4 oz full fat coconut milk
⭐ 4 oz water
(or just do 8 oz of your favorite nondairy refrigerated milk like oat, almond, or coconut instead of 4 oz water + 4 oz full fat coconut milk)
⭐ 2 TBSP creamy almond butter
⭐ 1 scoop of Vanilla GrassFed Beef Protein Powder from Be Well by Kelly
⭐ pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt (minerals + electrolytes!)
⭐ 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
⭐ optional: add 23 TBSP of organic milled flax seed (for extra fiber!)
⭐ optional: add 1 scoop of BareOrganics Mushroom Immunity or Mushroom Memory powder
