Hey guys welcome back, in this video I'm providing a Beginner Gymnastic Rings PUSH/PULL Program that is 4 weeks long. This program is suitable for those of you who have little to no experience on rings and looking to get started.

Rings are a powerful tool for upper body development, but they may be discouraging to some when approached without a plan and minimal to no experience. I've been fortunate enough to train plenty of beginners on rings and understand the areas that are troublesome for most. So my goal with this program was to help cover those areas while helping you gain a base level of pushing and pulling strength on the rings. I hope this one helps you guys out!
