In this episode, we create a new town across the river from Dalefield. This town includes the map's first train station as there is ample room and flat land to construct the original vanilla train station. We also ad in a simple town centre for the area and some housing to fill out the town.

I plan to work on this series for some time, gradually growing the city of Dalefield into a thriving metropolis complete with urban sprawl and freeways. As the city grows, I will gradually rezone and gentrify key nodes in the city to provide higher densities and remove nasty industry from prime innercity land. As I am from New Zealand, the city is likely to take on an American / Australasian style. I will be adding mods to this save in the future, but want to enjoy the vanilla gameplay for the immediate term.
