In the 4th episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester we are taking on the Genesee river and a portion of the West Downtown riverfront. In this detail heavy episode, I will be covering builds like the Court Street Dam, First Federal Plaza, The Blue Cross Arena, and much more! My goal for these projects plan is finish the cities in their present form so that I can them it as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and complete highway removal/covering projects.
