Thanks for joining me for this epically loooong video! As it's so long, I've book marked the various aspects below. I've also put the ingredients down and as I say this made 3 pies but you could change the quantities to make as many or as few as you like.
There's also bloopers on the end♀, this video nearly didn't make it to the channel, but I thought, you know what we know each other well enough by now lol.

I froze the pie we didn't eat and it made it through really well, I thoroughly defrosted it then baked it in the oven, I don't think I'd recommend microwaving.

Ingredients, makes 3 pies
350g beef, I used Aberdeen Angus brisket
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp thyme
1 tbs tomato puree
2 tbs plain flour, I used Dove's gluten free
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 heaped tsp of dijon mustard
400ml beef stock, I used Knorr stock pot
400ml beer, I used Gluten free old speckled hen
