500g of steak/beef
250g of mushrooms
3 tablespoons of plain flour
2 medium sized onions
2 carrots
3/4 parsley sprigs
900ml beef stock or water (you may need more)
4 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sheet pre made puff pastry
1 egg (optional for egg wash)
