I get asked if Football Manager should have difficulty levels a lot and I always say it should not. My reason? You make your own difficulty level on FM. The open nature of Football Manager means you get to decide who you play with, who you sign, and what you do. With that in mind, this video is about something that can make FM a lot more fun and help you live out your wonderkid hoarding fantasies in a way that feels like it could be realistic if a board focused on this approach.

It’s all a longwinded way to get the ‘I start in the lowest possible league because I like pain’ crowd to get over themselves. I love you. I am one of you. But, FM is a video game and helping people enjoy gaming is a core mission on this channel.
