蒸水蛋必成功秘訣蛋水比例只要掌握時間火候必能做出完美蒸水蛋
加上葱头油/豉油蔥花極鮮甜味道。

材料: Ingredients:
30粒 啦啦/ 蛤蜊 30pcs clams
4粒 鸡蛋 4 eggs
少许盐 dash of salt
少许 胡椒粉 dash of white pepper
375ml 毫升 温水 375ml Warm water
少许 酱油 dash of soy sauce
少许 葱 dash of green onion
少许葱头油 dash of scallion oil

中火蒸煮8分钟 medium heat steaming for 8 minutes
