胡椒粉1/4茶匙
料酒2汤匙
水400毫升
马铃薯粉1汤匙勾芡

扣肉调味料
黑酱油1/2汤匙
料酒1汤匙
酱油1/2汤匙
蚝油1汤匙
麻油半汤匙
