Green bean salad

and we wash them.
Drain them in a colander.
Boil water in a deep pot.
As soon as the water boils, add the salt.
Add them and boil for 10 30 minutes.
Boiling time varies depending on the size and how tender they are.
Remove the grape beans from the boiling water.
Immediately pour the beans into a large bowl filled with cold water.
Let them cool for a few minutes and put them in a colander to drain well.
We put them in a salad bowl.
Put the olive oil, vinegar and a little salt in a bowl.

Secrets :
We prefer the small, tender grape beans.
When the beans are too thick, take out the pods and do not leave them whole, boil them all together.
If they boil too much they will melt and dissolve.
Keep the dark green color in the kidney beans by immersing them in a bowl of cold water immediately after boiling.
We can keep them in our refrigerator for at least a week, just add extra salt and olive oil. We will mix them very well, we will close the bowl very well with its lid and so they will be preserved without any deterioration.
If we put the fork we eat into the beans, microorganisms and bacteria will be transferred and they will spoil very easily and quickly.
