Stem Rot on my Neon Breakers succulent and how I treat it.

This is a quick video showing you what I do for my succulents when they get stem rot.
Today’s video is showcasing one of my Neon Breaker succulents that I have growing in a coffee cup with no drainage holes. I barely water this succulent because it doesn’t have a drainage hole. And is probably why it got stem rot. Although I’m VERY careful with watering it. Just goes to show you that it’s very important to plant these beautiful plants in pots WITH drainage holes. Especially if you are a beginner with growing succulents. I recommend using only terra cotta pots with very gritty soil medium for beginners. Because even those of us that are more experienced can still run into issues.
I have a couple of other succulents I grow without any issues in pots without drainage holes.
I think this particular cultivar is more sensitive and prone to rot. It’s got much thinner leaves than the others I have growing in pots without drainage holes. Neon Breakers seem to be finicky growers for me in general. I hope this video is helpful to some of you.
Feel free to comment and let me know your thoughts or any questions you might have for me.

FUN FACT: Sulfur has been a game changer for me with growing succulents indoors. It’s saved many of my succulents from ROT and powdery mildew issues.
