Hello 大家好今集我就貼地D同大家做一味好家常但味道好特別嘅「柱候牛坑腩」。咁點解我會話味道好特別呢因為今次除咗用「柱候醬」做材料之外我仲會喺個腩汁度做返小小手腳盡量還原返出面食到嗰種千年腩汁味。至於味道我就覺得好似啦唔知你地又覺唔覺呢?

牛坑腩 1000克 1000g Beef Brisket
蘿蔔1000克 1000g Radish
香葉5片 5 Bay Leaves
小茴香1茶匙 1 tsp Cumin
花椒1茶匙 1 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn
八角3粒 1 tsp Star Anise
草果1粒 1 tsp Caoguo
桂皮1茶匙 1 tsp Cinnamon

南乳50克 50g Red Fermented Beancurd
柱候醬3湯匙 3 tbsps Chu Hou Sauce
雞湯750毫升 750ml of Chicken Broth
清水2公升 2 liters Water
薑片十克 10g Ginger slices
莞茜根五條 5 Coriander's roots

五香粉1茶匙 1 tsp Five Spice Powder
孜然粉1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
蠔油2茶匙 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
生抽1茶匙 1 tsp Soy Sauce
冰糖10克 10g of Rock Sugar
老抽1茶匙 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
