Nigerian party chicken Recipe ( Soft Chicken Stew)

1/2 box of soft Chicken

To cook the soft chicken you’ll need...
3 onions
2 tablespoon of curry powder
2 Tablespoon of thyme
6 chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt ( skip if you’re marinating the soft chicken overnight)
4 bay leaf ( rose Mary is a great alternative. )
1 teaspoon ground clove
10 small garlic
Thumb size ginger

To make the soft chicken stew

400g of tomato paste
800g tomato sauce
Scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
2 Onions
5 bell peppers ( or tatashe)
Half of a thumb sized ginger
1 seasoning cube
1 Tablespoon of curry powder
1 Tablespoon

To garnish the chicken
1 medium size onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
Spring onion

If your making this with hard chicken

Wash the chicken properly
Add all the ingredients add water cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. ( it takes longer to cook)
