I've felt really inspired to create whimsical still life paintings and drawings lately and nothing stimulates my creativity more that trying out new art supplies that companies send me. Although I have been turning down multiple offers from companies every month I really wanted to try these new Paul Rubens Haiya oil pastels because I had heard that they were as creamy as Sennelier oil pastels ! So join me this week as I explore these new pastels. I swatch then, compare them to Paul Rubens old style pastels and I do a small painting with the new Haiya pastels.
