Yeah, I'm back after not feeling well yesterday. And a lot more color is done in this video as well. I had a thought while stitching today that the reason why I feel stitching is meditation is because it allows me to not think about stuff that may be an issue to deal with or something that has been bugging me. I just focus on what I am doing now. To say the least, it has helped greatly with my stress levels. I find that this is the case with any craft I do. Whether it's this, crocheting, or knitting. It helps me to relax for a bit. I hope today finds you well, and that you are staying hydrated with clean water (I am not so happy with some issues I have found with my water at the apartment and I am only guessing that it is the issue of my not feeling well yesterday. Though it was just me and not other members of the household.)
