For years, I've been carrying around a spod rod, a marker rod and a separate leading rod. That's three rods doing three different jobs. There’s a way to simplify this setup and to go from three rods to just the one.

In this video, I’m going to show you how to create a leading rod, spod rod and marker rod with one setup that can be swapped in seconds to change from one job to the other. It’s less gear to buy, less gear to carry and less gear to maintain.

To achieve this setup, you can use your existing reels, rods and spod but you’ll need a specific marker float and that’s the Nash Spot On. This particular marker float allows you to use a braided leader and it’s the braided leader that makes this multiple setup possible.
