Nowadays there is a lot of people training for the OAC, doing onearm pushups, etc... and while there is NOTHING WRONG w/ those exercises, if your priority is getting stronger, then you should be busy doing THE BASICS (made harder). Ex.: Weighted Pullups, Pseudo Planche Pushups, Overhead Press, Squats, Deadlifts... because these exercises allow for maximum force production maximum strength gains. Just my opinion at this time... Hopefully you get sth out of it... =)
