Potential Tropical Cyclone One has tropical storm force winds but still its circulation is not consolidated enough to classify this system as a Tropical Storm, but it's expected to reach that status by tomorrow and, if so, will receive the name "Alberto".

Many regions in Mexico, including the state of Texas will receive high rain accumulations, so flash floodings are possible.
