Strength classes at CrossFit Dom City | Utrecht

Welcome to Dom City! We offer a diverse range of classes to cater to all fitness levels and goals.

In our Strength classes you will work on the foundations. The focus will be on basic pushpull and squat variations. Movements we will perform very regular is the deadlift, back squat and bench press. During class we will primarily be doing compound movements to get a stronger base and adding accessory work to work the smaller muscle groups that are often forgotten.

These classes are open for all levels and are highly recommended for our newer members or our members that want to focus on building their strength.
