For the next few days I'm in Miami Florida with the Gymshark squad! In today's video we checked out a super cool crossfit gym called Peak360 Performance where we went through an INTENSE 15min AMRAP metcon workout. Following the workout we all went head to head in some challenges!

Later in the evening I was in charge of creating a food challenge for the guys. I came up with Hot Wings Arm Wrestling!
