This total body strength training circuit workout for women over 40 is designed to help you build lean muscle, increase your overall strength, and burn fat.

Through a combination of functional movements and HIIT exercises, this workout will challenge your muscles while also providing a great cardio workout.

You'll work every major muscle group using bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to increase the intensity. This 20minute routine is the perfect way to boost your metabolism and get in shape!

Day 12 of the 12 Days Before Christmas.

This workout is all levels and osteoporosisfriendly.

Tools: moderate dumbbells, chair/bench for beginners

6minute EMOM
46 low to racked squat
46 pushups (alt: off chair)
46 mountain climbers (alt: off chair)

4 x 30sec
Squat thrusts (alt: chair)
Squat press oblique
Renegade row (alt: piston rows)
