Stringy risotto alla pizzaiola Easy recipe by Benedetta

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE VEGETABLE STOCK
1.5 liters of water
1 onion
1 carrot
2 celery sticks
half a spoonful of salt

FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
300 g of tomato puree
Salt to taste.
fresh basil to taste

FOR THE RISOTTO
400 g of rice
Half a glass of white wine
200 g of diced mozzarella
40 g of grated parmesan
