In this video we look at extensive structural damage caused by water intrusion. At the rear of the building, water intrusion caused wood rot and degraded structural integrity. At the front of the building, water intrusion caused damage to the steel framing and steel structure of the stairwells significant enough to pose a potential lifesafety issue.
