This isn’t an “advanced flexibility” position, but still so many people struggle to sit on the floor with their legs crossed.

Being able to sit like this is a good sign that you have relatively healthy, good moving hips.

But, if you cannot sit comfortably crossed legged then you want to attack it every day until you can attain the position! Not just so you can comfortably sit down on the floor in future, but also to have happy hips!

There are lots of stretches to help improve your hip mobility but in this case, use the position to improve the position.
