Struggling in winter conditions.
Hey every this episode, is a good test of what it's like camp in the winter around New Zealand. We're not even that far South yet, but cold nights, Ice, Solar, batteries are already becoming a big problem for us.
We did enjoy a great day out at Hanmer Springs pools.
The ice, cold, and battery situation got a bit much and with rain in the forecast we bailed on Hanmer Springs and decided to head down to Culverden for a low cost powered site at the public domain.
