I prefer getting a new hub when replacing a FWD recessed bearing in a steering knuckle. But if you want to keep and reuse the old hub, here's a short video that shows you how to remove the stuck inner race from the shaft of the hub. The easiest way to remove it is to make a deep diagonal groove in the inner race using a rotary cut off tool. You then split or crack open the race with a hammer and chisel. Once the race has been cracked, it will slide off. Going too deep in the diagonal cut where it cuts into the hub shaft will not impair the performance of the hub. There's plenty of contact surface area on the hub shaft to make good contact with the new inner race once the hub is pressed into the new bearing.
