1)Passport of candidate (Front & Back page on the same page) – 3 black & white copies
2) SOP – original and 2 black n white copies
3) Declaration – original and 2 black n white copies
4) Resume – original and 2 black n white copies
5) LOA and Receipt – original and 2 black n white copies
6) Academic documents – SSC, HSC, Degree Marksheets / Certificate (Front
n Back page) – Original plus 3 colour copies. If the documents are on A3
size paper please get it cropped on A4 size paper
7) Work experience and IELTS – Original and 2 Colour copies
8) Affidavit – Original and 2 black n white copies
9) PhotoIdentityofsponsor–Passport/AadhaarCard–Originaland2black
n white copies
10) ITR – 2 years of sponsor – Original and 2 black n white copies
Or
Salary slips or business proof of sponsor – Original and 2 black n white copies
11) Bank statements of sponsor – last 3 months with gradual growth. It should be on A4 size paper, letter head of Bank with address and their contact number. All pages should be stamped and signed. – Original and 2 black n white copies
12) Education Loan Sanction letter (If opted for loan). – original and 2 black n white copies
13) Schengen Visa photos (8) – size 3545mm in widthlength, white background. Let the candidate wear formals.
14) Consent form to be filled by candidates (form attached)
15) German Visa Form
