But how good are stuffed peppers? A lot, and made in all ways above all! Whether they are with meat with rice, with vegetables, you really can't resist!
The peppers stuffed with tuna, for example, are also excellent, because that slightly spicy note goes very well with the filling.
In this case I chose to make the stuffed pepper recipe just the way I like it: rich, rustic, fragrant and very tasty. I added both meat of different invoices and rice and the combination, for me, is perfect.

Peppers stuffed with meat are a second course that already has the side dish incorporated, indeed, in this case we could even speak of a single dish given the presence of rice and for this reason I find it a very clever recipe!

As always I tell you, first take a look at the pantry and the refrigerator.
Being perfect containers, peppers lend themselves to welcoming different types of ingredients and therefore, if you have cold cuts and cheeses to use, you can easily choose to use them as a filling.

In short, from a single recipe with peppers a thousand can be born!

Peppers 9
Ground beef 400 g
Pork sausage 200 g
Original rice 150 g
Onions 120 g
Stale breadcrumbs 100 g
Eggs 2
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Emmental 100 g
Parsley 1 bunch
Peeled tomatoes 200 g
Vegetable broth 250 ml
EVO oil 8 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
